New Acer Aspire One Netbooks!

Aces Aspire One is Acer’s line of netbooks designed to accommodate various market segments. If you are looking to buy a netbook, you may want to look into the new Acer Aspire One netbooks before finalizing your purchase decision. They are officially available and will certainly grab your attention right away.

The first new Acer Aspire One is the Acer Aspire One AO721, featuring AMD Athlon II Neo K125 processor and integrated ATI Radeon HD 4225 with 384MB dedicated memory. The netbook is certainly more than just capable in completing various moderate to heavy tasks, especially because it also uses 2GB DDR3 RAM.

The Acer Aspire One AO521 also uses AMD Athlon II Neo K125 processor and the same built-in GPU used by Aspire One AO721, but it only has 1GB DDR3 RAM built-in. Not only that, the screen size of Acer Aspire One AO521 is only 10.1” compared to AO721’s 11.6” display. If Acer Aspire One AO721 uses Windows 7 Home Premium, the Acer Aspire One AO521 is equipped with Windows 7 Started Edition.

Acer hasn’t forgotten about Intel’s Atom platform, and they are releasing two new models in the category. The first one is Aspire One AO533 featuring Intel Atom N475 and 1GB DDR3 RAM. We also have the budget-friendly Aspire One AOD260 with Intel Atom N450 processor and also a 1GB DDR3 memory module. Both Intel-based netbooks are equipped with 10.1” WSVGA screen, although the Aspire One AO533’s 6-cell battery is twice as large as AOD260’s 3-cell battery.
